These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Replyjer platform ("Service"), operated by Manta Tech PLT ("Replyjer", "we"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
You must not use the Service to: (a) send unsolicited bulk marketing in breach of Malaysia's Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 or any applicable WhatsApp Business policy; (b) impersonate any person; (c) attempt to access another tenant's data; (d) reverse-engineer the platform; (e) host or transmit unlawful content.
If you register as an agent (negotiator), you represent that you hold a current REN (Real Estate Negotiator) or REA registration with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP), that the REN tag and personal details you provide on your profile are accurate, and that you will keep them current. Misrepresentation of BOVAEP credentials is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an offence under the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981.
The Service, including all software, design, copy, and database structure, is the intellectual property of Replyjer. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service while your account is active. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is capped at the total fees you have paid us for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You will indemnify Replyjer against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or any content you upload to the Service.
You may terminate by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach, non-payment, or if required by law or by a regulator. On termination, your access ceases and we may delete your content after the retention period set out in our Privacy Notice.
On request before termination, we will provide a one-time export of your tenant data (leads, conversations, bookings, signed documents) in machine-readable format within 30 days, subject to reasonable extraction fees.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
