Privacy Notice — Replyjer

1. Who we are

Manta Tech PLT (operating the Replyjer platform) ("Replyjer", "we") operates this platform on behalf of property developers (the "Developer") you have enquired with. The Developer is the data user; Replyjer acts as the data processor under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").

2. What we collect and why

We process personal data for the following purposes:

responding to your property enquiry over WhatsApp or web;
qualifying your lead so the Developer's sales advisor can follow up;
managing unit reservations, bookings, and viewing appointments;
generating and delivering signed booking forms, receipts, and other transactional documents.

Categories of personal data we may collect:

name, phone number, email;
NRIC / passport number;
monthly income, monthly liabilities, employment information;
residential / correspondence address;
handwritten signature image;
IP address, device identifiers, browser metadata for security.

3. Sources

We collect personal data directly from you (via WhatsApp messages or web forms) and, where applicable, from the Developer's own records.

4. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal data to:

the Developer and the agent assigned to your enquiry;
Anthropic, PBC (United States), for AI-generated reply drafting;
Twilio Inc. (United States), for WhatsApp message delivery;
Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), for database and file storage;
banks, solicitors, and statutory bodies where required for the property transaction.

5. Cross-border transfer

Some of our processors (Anthropic, Twilio) store and process data outside Malaysia. By continuing to use this service you provide explicit consent under PDPA s.129 to such transfer for the purposes listed above.

6. Retention

WhatsApp conversations and lead records: retained for 24 months from your last interaction.

Signed booking forms, receipts, and other transactional documents: retained for 7 years from issue, in line with the limitation period under the Contracts Act 1950.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your personal data (PDPA s.30);
correct your personal data (PDPA s.34);
withdraw consent at any time (PDPA s.38);
limit our processing for direct marketing (PDPA s.43).

1. Siapa kami

Manta Tech PLT (mengendalikan platform Replyjer) menjalankan platform ini bagi pihak pemaju hartanah ("Pemaju") yang anda hubungi. Pemaju adalah pengguna data; Replyjer bertindak sebagai pemproses data di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 ("PDPA").

2. Apa kami kumpul dan tujuan

Kami memproses data peribadi untuk:

menjawab pertanyaan hartanah anda melalui WhatsApp atau web;
melayakkan lead supaya sales advisor Pemaju boleh follow up;
mengurus tempahan unit dan janji temu viewing;
menjana dan menghantar borang booking, resit, dan dokumen transaksi lain.

Kategori data peribadi yang mungkin dikumpul:

nama, nombor telefon, emel;
nombor IC / passport;
pendapatan bulanan, liabilities bulanan, maklumat pekerjaan;
alamat tempat tinggal / surat-menyurat;
imej tandatangan tulisan tangan;
alamat IP, ID peranti, metadata pelayar untuk keselamatan.

3. Sumber

Data peribadi dikumpul terus daripada anda (melalui WhatsApp atau web form) dan, jika berkaitan, daripada rekod Pemaju.

4. Pendedahan

Data peribadi anda boleh didedahkan kepada:

Pemaju dan ejen yang diberikan tugas;
Anthropic, PBC (Amerika Syarikat), untuk draf balasan AI;
Twilio Inc. (Amerika Syarikat), untuk hantar mesej WhatsApp;
Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapura), untuk pangkalan data dan storan fail;
bank, peguam, dan badan berkanun jika diperlukan.

5. Pemindahan rentas sempadan

Sesetengah pemproses kami (Anthropic, Twilio) menyimpan data di luar Malaysia. Dengan terus menggunakan perkhidmatan ini, anda memberikan persetujuan eksplisit di bawah PDPA s.129 untuk pemindahan tersebut.

6. Tempoh penyimpanan

Perbualan WhatsApp dan rekod lead: disimpan 24 bulan dari interaksi terakhir. Borang booking, resit, dan dokumen transaksi: disimpan 7 tahun dari tarikh dikeluarkan (Akta Kontrak 1950).

7. Hak anda

akses data peribadi anda (PDPA s.30);
betulkan data peribadi anda (PDPA s.34);
tarik balik persetujuan bila-bila masa (PDPA s.38);
hadkan pemprosesan untuk pemasaran langsung (PDPA s.43).
